The path a product takes

Step 2 of 4: Test
Testers pay what the product costs you to make, and give structured feedback. You score it before you see anyone else's score.
Step 3 of 4: Iterate
Every version and every round is recorded. The history is the point, not just the latest score.
Step 4 of 4: Validated
When the evidence is there, the product is validated. Scale it with investors and manufacturers, or run your limited line knowing it will sell. Both count.
Who tests it

They pay the cost price
What the product costs you to make, and nothing on top. They get the thing; you get your outlay back and a report on it.
They trade a product
A creator with a live listing can offer it in swap. Nothing has to balance — you decide whether the trade is a fair one.
They offer work
Photography, packaging design, copywriting. They do the work instead of paying, and you choose whether the product ships before or after it lands.
However they came in, the feedback counts the same. A promise that is not kept shows on the tester’s record, where the next creator can see it.
